There's something wonderfully unifying about National Day — the flags along our streets, the sky filled with the Red Lions, and a whole nation pausing to celebrate what we've built together. This year, we're channelling that same spirit of togetherness into something you can be part of directly. We're delighted to invite you to our annual National Day Food Donation Drive, happening on Saturday, 15 August 2026, from 9am to 6pm, at Community Shop @ Boon Lay.
Food has always meant more than a full plate to us as Singaporeans. It's how we show love at family reunions, how we welcome neighbours, and how we say "you matter" without needing the words. This National Day, we're inviting you to extend that same warmth outward — to the families and seniors in our community who deserve to feel that same care on their tables. Together, we can make sure every household in Singapore has the food they need to thrive.
How You Can Help
🥫 Donate Food
Drop off your food donations at Community Shop @ Boon Lay on Saturday, 15 August, anytime between 9.00am and 6.00pm. Our staff and volunteers will be there to welcome you and receive your donations.
Can't make it in person? Donate a specially curated food bundle through the FairPrice website or app. Every bundle goes directly towards providing nutritious pantry essentials to our community—one simple checkout can make a meaningful difference.
Every item and every bundle donated brings us one step closer to our goal of 28,000 food items.
Prefer to give in cash? Every donation helps Food from the Heart provide reliable food support to individuals and families who need a little extra help, while enabling us to reach more communities across Singapore. All eligible donations qualify for 250% tax deduction.
